Tammy is a doctoral student at UCLA in the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies. Her current research interests include exploring how early childhood education policy and administration influence teacher well-being and quality, particularly in programs serving children from low-income families. Prior to entering graduate school, Tammy worked as an elementary school teacher in Bakersfield and the Bay Area.
