Owen is a graduate student at UCLA in the public policy program. He received a BA in economics and data science in 2021 from UC Berkeley. Before LAERI, he worked on policy research related to labor, education, and health. At LAERI, Owen is excited to gain more institutional knowledge in education research, contribute to impactful projects, and continue developing quantitative research skills.
